Firstly, I'd just like to let you know how happy and relieved I was to be dealing with a person and not a corporation. Thank you for the fabulous pruning job you and your team did on my monster hedge. My golden ash also looks so much better now that you have reduced it and made it such a beautiful shape. We made a mistake in the past not hiring a professional person only to find our precious trees butchered instead of being pruned. We will definitely call you in future when we need our pruning done.

I was most impressed with the great job you and your team did in removing my old liquid amber. I can't believe how much light we have inside now that it's gone. Just a short note to say what a wonderful job you did cutting down my two diseased trees. I was sorry they had to go, but the rot was too far gone and I didn't want to risk having the borers spread to the remaining healthy trees. I had no idea how dangerous our gum tree was until you cut it down. I was amazed to see it was hollow in the middle like a doughnut. Thanks for the good advice. If you hadn't removed the tree, it may have fallen on our children. I will remember to periodically check my other trees for fungus and borer tracks and will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family.

Thank you Geoff for the care you took when you thinned our big, old tristania. It looks fabulous. We put this job off for years because we wanted to keep the tree but it was too thick and didn't allow enough light through. The dead branches were also a concern. We were also worried about our garden underneath. I need not have worried. You worked so confidently high in the tree, carefully lowering each section down. Please also thank your team for taking care to not damage a single plant. Now we feel so much safer whether we are inside or outside and the sun shines in.
